My name is Daniel Hill, owner and operator of House Call Personal Training. After years of working in gyms, going to gyms, and training friends, I came to realize that there was an untapped group of people that needed guidance on their fitness journey.

The gym can be an intimidating place. Getting to the gym when you have a busy work schedule or kids can be nigh impossible. If you have difficulty getting around due to limited mobility, that also presents a problem. If you lack discipline and your trainer is across town, it becomes awfully easy to turn left and head home after work instead of turning right and heading to the gym.

It was realizing there was no existing solution for people in these situations that birthed the idea for House Call Personal Training. I want to bring the life-changing experience of changing your body, becoming more confident, and leading a healthy lifestyle into people’s homes with a personal touch that online services can’t match from the other side of the screen.

Using my 17 years of exercise experience, the discipline I learned from my time as a Reconnaissance Marine, and my education as a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I want to show you that you can take control of your body and mind to achieve what you may not think was possible.

12-Week - Refine

You are almost there. You’re eating right, sleeping enough, and maybe even working out a little. What you need now is to refine these assets, bring them together, and fully go out on your own.

This is for the person who is already highly driven and determined to take their life into their own hands…soon. You have a solid base of healthy habits and just need the last few pieces of the puzzle.

26-Week - Construct

You have a strong base of healthy living - sleeping and eating. They may not be perfect, but you've lost some weight, started feeling better, and have overall seem some measurable results of your effort. Now, you need to add something entirely new - exercise.

This six month program will help you get that one remaining thing right and ready you to take the reigns for yourself. We will check your base movement and strength, and then teach you how to effectively and safely perform some of the most effective strength and muscle building exercises so that, at the end of six months, you can leave feeling confident that you can do it on your own.

52-Week - Rebuild

You have never eaten healthy. You have never exercised. You are not sleeping much. Or, the last time you were doing all of those things right was years ago. You need to completely rewrite the book on your lifestyle - burn it all down and build a new town on top of it.

Over the course of a year, we will work together to get you living the life you want to be leading, that you know you should be leading. We will find your whys, develop workarounds for obstacles and plateaus, and end the year with you as an entirely new person.

 

Using a four-phase approach to health improvement and behavior change, we will imprint permanent lifestyle change into your life. Each phase may be longer or shorter, depending on the person, but we won't move on until you are ready to do so, and the coach will help get you there as expeditiously as possible.
